We are an hostel & residence, located in one of the best and more safe of the sectors of Santiago to live in the commune of Providencia.

Our house is of neoclassic Italian style of the 40s and it was remodelled internally by the years went . The house was of a famous painter called Cuca Burchard and is one of few houses of style that stay in the sector. Externally, a front similar to that of our house of Government, within, the style valdiviano and the larch painted with the years, they shelter the work of this family artist.

National and foreign tourists, businessmen, carriers and provincials meet here, looking for all something jointly: tranquility, familiarity and independence. From single and wide rooms for 4-6 persons with share bath, up to independent and elegant suites with private bath, all arranged for whom they look for something rustic but comfortable, and simultaneously economic in an excellent location.
